PLEASE NOTE:

Each glass panel must be a minimum of 0.3m². Please contact us for a quotation if your panel falls below this.

All glass panels come with polished edges and dubbed corners as standard.

Please allow the following approximate lead times for your glass to be manufactured:

Toughened glass: 7-10 working days                    Laminated glass:  14-21 working days

Toughened glass conforms to BS EN 12150-2 and its permitted tolerances

Laminated glass conforms to BS EN 12543:2011 and its permitted tolerances.

Upon delivery, the loading / unloading, handling and carrying of the glass shall be entirely at the client’s risk. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to ensure that the right amount of people are available to off load all glass panels.

All glass must be inspected by the client upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to Aspire Glass and the delivery driver immediately. Any glass shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery – replacements cannot be considered after these time scales.

By signing a delivery / collection note, the client acknowledges receipt of all items purchased from Aspire Glass and confirms they are satisfied with the condition of these items. Aspire Glass will not be responsible for any damages noted from this point.
